Alicja Kolyszko believes in living what she teaches. In 2010 Academy was established and in 2011 was incorporated. Since then operates under the ACADEMY of HIRUDOTHERAPY in Las Vegas, NV.

Credits earned in Anatomy & Physiology could be used as an advanced degree programs in medicine and health care in the USA. Do not constitute a degree.
AofHT Certificate and Diploma programs gives you professional certification in hirudotherapy, title of Certified Hirudotherapy Practitioner (C.H.P.), in Drugless Biotherapy Practice and right to become a part of CAMPLEMENTARY & ALTERNATIVE BIOTHERAPY PRACTITIONERS.
After you graduate, you will have a privilage to become a Professional Member at The AMERICAN HIRUDOTHERAPY ASSOCIATION (AHTA). The Year You graduate, the Membership for AHTA is Paid by The Academy.

Training Courses are in English language. The supportive materials could be provided - in Russian & Polish languages also. CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.
MODULE I & Module II, include Home Study and 200 hrs. of the Theoretical Knowledge & Hands-on-Training;
Module III - 100 to 200 hrs.of supervised clinical practice, clinical Internship combined with unsupervised but guided private practice (400 hrs) .
Before Diploma is granted to the student's proven record of clients' files has to be submitted to the office of the Academy of Hirudotherapy. The final Exam and Graduation Show Case Presentation will take place in Las Vegas, NV.
You have a minimum of 3-4 months of an intensive, accelerated training or up to 12 months individual training & studies which include Anatomy & Physiology Certified training courses. We respect your individual paced of study, the learning style and your busy personal life obligations. Ask us and we will develop an individual & flexible schedule just for you!
All study materials and books are included. You will gain Theoretical & Practical Knowledge & Hands-on clinical experience. All tests are pass/fail method, in English language and, additional by request, in Polish & Russian.
After successful completion of theoretical and practical education of Module I & II plus first 20 hrs of hands-on practice, you will receive a Certificate in Hirudotherapy.
After the Show Case and Final Exam- you will receive a Diploma in Hirudotherapy from the Academy of Hirudotherapy.
The Course is design for those with general medicine or alternative medicine background. Otherwise, as prerequisites, you have to complete 4 credits , 9.5 CE Units in Anatomy & Physiology Course. You have to start the A & P classes right after the Registration for Hirudotherapy Courses is completed and the official acceptance to the Academy of Hirudotherapy is proclaimed.
It is your choice to take A & P at local Community College, University or, if you prefer to study online, please register at our website with Corexcel Certified Course:
